- New Features
EVS (EZTitles Video Sharing)
We have introduced EVS, a secure video storage and sharing system designed for collaborative workflows in EZTitles. EVS enables organizations to upload, encrypt, store, and selectively share video content with team members directly through the EZTitles ecosystem.
- Highlights
-
Secure encrypted uploads - Videos are encrypted locally before upload
and remain encrypted at rest in cloud storage.
-
Flexible storage options - Content can be stored in customer-owned
Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage, or in the platform's
Cloud Space.
-
Organization collaboration - Invite team members and assign roles
(Account Admin, Content Provider, Regular Member)
to control access.
-
Secure sharing controls - Videos can be shared with selected members
with configurable availability periods (default: 14 days).
-
Two-Factor Authentication required - EVS activation requires 2FA to
protect shared content access.
-
EVS Ingest uploader - New application for encrypting and uploading
videos securely.
-
Direct playback in EZTitles - Open shared videos via
Video → Open Remote Video (EVS) after secure authentication.
EVS provides a secure workflow for teams working with shared video content while
maintaining strong encryption and access management. If you would like to try EVS,
please contact us so we can activate the feature for your account.
- Improvements
- A line terminator (line break) will now be inserted after the last subtitle in exported WebVTT files to improve compatibility with WebVTT processing applications and systems.
- Bugs Fixed
- Fixed an issue that caused the last caption in SMPTE CEA-608 files to be imported without a background style.
