The plug-in is designed as an effect in Avid that renders the subtitles over the video. You can adjust various aspects of the subtitles - fonts, placement, outlines, boxes, etc.
The plug-in is located in EZTitles effects category. Place the effect on the desired clip or on a separate video tracks.
A caption indicating that there is no subtitles file loaded appears over the video. Then select it, switch to effects mode and click on "EZTitles Subtitles Properties" item in the effect editor.
When selecting "EZTitles Subtitles Properties" for the first time the plug-in will ask you to select the file with the subtitles. The supported file types are:

▪890
▪EBU (STL)
▪ASCII Text or UNICODE Text
▪SubRip (SRT)
▪MicroDVD (SUB)
▪RTF
▪Cheetah CAP
▪NCI CAP
