ASCII Text File Configuration dialog
You may have to change the code page to match that of the subtitle file. Native Unicode UTF-8 and UTF-16 text files can be imported as well.
There’s a warning message displayed if you’re working in a non-Unicode mode and trying to import Unicode text file and etc.
