Shipments

EZTitles comes with USB hardware dongle which is included with the price. It is our policy to send the USB dongles by couriers but in order to avoid any possible delays, please send us your exact shipment address. The USB dongle should be delivered in no longer than 7 working days after the date of payment.

We require payment in advance for all shipments. Please notify us via e-mail once the transfer is complete.

Inspection of product upon receipt

You must examine the product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Elf Software Ltd at once. Elf Software Ltd will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Limited money back guarantee

Elf Software Ltd offers a limited money back guarantee for ten (10) days from the date of delivery. The returned product(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Elf Software Ltd will notify you if your product(s) are not accepted.
